First 909er Du Jour ... (TCB Thangyou,Thangyouverramuch)..... Comcast (CMCSK) the 4th largest cable provider will acquire Media One Group (UMG) the 3rd largest cable provider for a 32% premium. UMG is, has been for a long time, like, Mine All Mine!!! Now it's Riding On The One After 909; Squared To Boot! As Airtouch gets blasted off the rail, Media One Group stays whistling and sitting pretty; waiting to morph into mega-COMCAST !!! So CMCSK shares should dip a bit, as acquirers pps usually does, will need more to round up the block now, add it to the Shopping List. It was mentioned in a GNET Board post that this just maybe could effect the premium offered for the shares. It might, It might. Happy Trails To You, Joan
