Dear Rick: Yours is the most positive post I have read in some time on TAVA and it enlightens my heart tremendously. It is doubly important as you are familiar with the beast and are uniquely capable of digesting what you learn and putting it into words we can all understand. Thank you for brightening my otherwise shitty day.
I have an HP Deskjet 820cse printer in which a small grey rubber roller bearing cracked and came off its shaft rolling down the paper tray. Now it wont feed. Tried to call HP and all I get is some damn electronic message basically telling me to use a 1-900 number to ask if I can send it in to be repaired or if they can help me do it over the phone. I am pissed off and would love to tell someone at HP how I feel but the bastards only use voice mail. Hope TAVA has HUMANS working there that are smart enough to talk to the customer. JDN

'Morning Rick,
Let me echo JDN's feelings as well, thanks for making the dim day a little brighter. You would know better than I how it's being received out there in the real world, and your comments are good to hear. I'll just hang in there, have to anyway as I hate losing money, lol

Rick--- I think you are on target and many good things will happen,,,,but after all the strange things that happened with the stock price will it make a difference? I have been saying right along the $$ are coming the next few qtrs. Additionally there should be some work that has been put off due to Y2K and budget restraints of many companies. Your last sentence says it all.... "Now the challenge remains to communicate it to the investment community.". How will that happen? By the PR firm that was hired from the promises at the '98 or '99 shareholders meeting,,, or both? How long will the reputation of instability last? When may institutions become holders? Flash in the pan was 14--- now you are speaking of many years,,, not the average 3 year hold?

Very helpful information Rick. Well, I bought a little TAVA today at 5. Hard to believe we're below my original buy price of 6 bucks in September 97. I haven't been in the stock since April 98, and I see we're having a fire sale. Negative sentiment here is thick as as mud.

Rick, wonderful and timely post! TAVA's value is growing at neck break spead while it's share price is dropping - this is an alert for a smart investor: wait for the bottom, buy and hold.
