7th Street.com's Tutorials.com Brand to be Featured on All Gateway Select,
Essential, Performance and GP Series PC's

PR Newswire - March 22, 1999 08:02

Tutorials.com on Gateway's HelpSpot!(TM)

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- 7th Street.com (Nasdaq: SEVL) today announced that Tutorials.com
will be featured on select Gateway personal computers. These services were originally available to Gateway PC users
through a Gateway custom branded site and can now be accessed through a co- branded Gateway/Tutorials.com site via the
pre-loaded Gateway HelpSpot(TM) software, which gives Gateway clients PC help and assistance of any kind. The
"Internet Learning" and "Education" icons will connect users to the co-branded Gateway/Tutorials.com web site, and, for a
limited time, the "Learn Software" HelpSpot button will link to free tutorial courses to help new users with the software on
their desktop and the Internet. The complimentary introductory courses offered include Office '97, Explorer and Netscape.

Users of Gateway's Select, Essential, Performance and GP series PC's will have access to 7th Street.com's unique online
multimedia technology, enabling them to learn anytime, from the comfort of their homes, and at a fraction of the cost of
traditional learning methods. Tutorials.com offers over 150 courses ranging from Windows 98, Office 97, MCSE Microsoft
Certified Courses, PhotoShop and Lotus Notes 4.5 to Programming in HTML and Visual Basic and a number of personal
improvement courses like English as a Second Language, Leadership Skills and Learning how to Interview. Each course
contains practice sessions, help screens and proficiency exams with feedback on the questions answered right or wrong.
After the completion of each course, users can print a completion certificate indicating that they have successfully met all of
the requirements of the course.

"This repositioning of the Gateway private label education site to a co- branded Tutorials.com site will provide 7th
Street.com with a valuable branding opportunity. Tutorials.com's availability from Gateway's HelpSpot ensures Gateway
clients will be able to easily receive assistance with basic software problems as well as access the extensive online course
offerings of our site," said Stephen Gott, President and CEO of 7th Street.com. "Working directly with hardware
manufacturers completes the third part of our overall strategy; Tutorials.com's presence here, in conjunction with our
agreements with larger portals and participation in significant affiliate programs, ensures that this will be the standard site
consumers look to for their e-learning needs."

7th Street.com is committed to providing its customers with the most advanced learning and high impact communication
products available over the Internet and Intranets. The 7th Street.com suite of products is based on the convergence of two
highly advanced Internet streaming technologies, which allow interactive multimedia and animation to be accessed instantly
over the Internet and Intranets. Tutorials.com is a leading provider of immediately accessible multimedia consumer training
courses and tutorials. 7th Street.com provides corporations with access to the same high quality tutorials, through the
Learning University, which includes additional features such as reporting and administration. For further information contact
the Company at 7thstreet.com. On February 17, 1999, 7th Level, Inc. and privately held STREET Technologies,
