Duckster, I think that another "point" to look at is the actual performance of the stock and its ability to hold above $6.75, if it does not, it might indicate that additional delays are in store. By the way, I presume that assuming conversion is at the ceiling, the share count will go to about 32 MM shares, I deduce that from the 10Q analysis where they state that an additional 6 MM shares or so would have had to be counted if the quarterly results were in the black.
