Anthony,

>> A short isnt initiated soley by price..

I reshorted SEVL based on the fact that they it ran up because
of the following two releases:

biz.yahoo.com
biz.yahoo.com

The stock had dipped below $5 in early trading Friday when
rumors of the second release above caused a rally up to
$6.75. So my decision this morning was to sell the already
discounted news. I like the fact that they lose money, have
a book value of $.03, and have caused significant dilution
with convertible preferred stock. I had a look at the trading
for the last year, and couldn't find a time where the stock has
been up for more than two days in a row, lot's of spikes but
never any sustained moves. And in case I am early, I took
a partial position.

Out of curiousity, can anyone give me an example of a company
which has actually made money selling educational software as
a stand-alone business?
