I haven't been able to get onto their system today. Is anyone else having a problem? I have been getting messages that my symbol is wrong or the system is down. I am not sure if there's something wrong on my end. Anyone?

Linda

I didn't have a wait, but again, I'm not on the Mac...

Wade,

I got on right away. However, I've now developed a problem. The program crashed and when I went to start it up, I get the message that it can't connect to the server. I redownloaded another program and it worked fine. This new program has now crashed and again I'm getting the message,"Can't connect to the server." I've just done another download and so far it's working. However, I had to reinstall my lists each time, a pain.

I've emailed the IQC Wizard 3 times this morning and received no reply. I gave them my phone number, but so far no call. I don't know if they have a tech support phone number.

Let my know if you have any similar problems. Maybe, they don't have the Mac version perfected yet.
