The reason is takes so long is because it is a new symbol. Couldn't even buy it online through NDB as it shows the security as expired - that happens with new symbols. Also took a long time for confirmation - and only executed 300 shares of my 1000 share order. Canceled the balance since it has gone past the buy price of 1 5/16.
