He gets the record for shortest half-life of a tout, and for the most number of times he's reiterated the same "Strong Buy!" recommendation. I'm too lazy to look up what his Q2 EPS # was before, but I know that +10c (!) is at the far end of the of EPS range (mean is still -2c I believe). OTOH it comes the day before earnings, and it's all but unanimous opinion that he must have been tipped on his DELL sales figure a couple of weeks ago, which came the day before earnings there as well. High so far was 52 3/8, low I've seen was 49. Shortest life-span of a tout in recent memory. One has to go back weeks to see one of such futilely short-lived effect. <g> Guys, I've bought back my April 50 puts. The bar certainly has been raised, eh? Anything less than 10c (I say again, "!") almost mandates a jumbo sell-off, I suppose. Still, it's hard to believe that he hasn't been tipped with such a bold (thus insider-influenced?) tout. (I wonder how long they'll be using the "pre-P3 sales drop-off" script in combination with not mentioning that "post-P3" sales are not picking up the slack. The chip is already widely seen as a sales fiasco, and over on M.Burke's thread they delight in calling it "Intel's Edsel.)
