PG Thanks for the suggestion on your post. Taking a TA snapshot of the oil (XOI) index. The index is forming the classic pennant on a healthy flagstaff. Also, the index is now well above both its 50 & 200 day MA. So far, all the members of OPEC and non OPEC appear to be behaving themselves. They may have, at last, become believers after a bitter 2 years. Still not celebrating but I am at least getting in the mood.
