No need to be quite. You should keep in mind that many of us here in the last mile (I,
at least) use the preceding post as a catalyst for stream of consciousness discussion.
My posts are not intended as rebuttals, per se, unless I clearly state them as such. I

By the way, I thought that the Icon (in Iconnet) looked familiar... It's the ISP part of Icon CMT, the company that was recently acquired by QWST. It appears, from what you say, that BEL is using them as a primary backbone provider.
