Mr. Brad McLean reports
The company's flagship product Net Nanny V3.1 recently became the top selling
software product on Netscape's Software Depot Internet site, one of the busiest sites
on the Internet. The product also rated as the number two hottest selling product on
Beyond.Com and number seven on Buy.com. The company's strategy to increase
electronic sales and downloads of its unique product line is succeeding.
Net Nanny's products are now being promoted throughout the Internet and have been
adopted by many Internet service providers, software vendors, child safety
organizations and others concerned about child safety on the Internet. These include
Lycos, Sprynet, GTE Networks, NetUSA, Cyberangels and another 540 URL sites
linking directly to Net Nanny's home page.
The company's web site now receives in excess of eight million hits a month with two
million page views. This traffic has placed Net Nanny in the top 5,000 visited web sites
on the Internet and has led management to set up a separate marketing division within
the company dedicated to advertising and banner ad sales, as another revenue
generating operation. In conjunction with NetPartner, the company's United Kingdom
distributor, web sites are now being prepared in German, Danish, Norwegian and
French, intended to attract distribution partners and end users throughout the
European Community.
