Depends on how you look at things.

Prodigy is second tier.
AOL basically did them in in the 1992-1995 time frame.
While Prodigy is an Inet stock, buying it is akin to picking up AMD when you could buy INTC (AOL). Prodigy is buy no means another AOL. They don't have the management, innovation or the vision necessary to be a leader in the field. They can probably look forward to assimilation in the future.
