Hard to say about the Nasdaq. The letter of intent is good news, but we have also had a letter of intent on ABHC and Thunderstick and have hear nothing more about those, so we will just have to wait and see.

Changes occur all the time in these matters. Basically the company is continuing to do what it has said it would do in the face of these changes. To me, that is what matters. They are building the private wholesale club and the website.
