Is this a good sign?

Thanks, Robert--

Would it be fairly accurate to assume then, either:

1. Mr. Shatsoff has converted these options to 50,000 shares of the stock to prepare to sell them at a hopefully soon-to-be much higher price?; or,

2. Mr. Shatsoff has converted these options (that cost him $0.19 each) to 50,000 shares because he simply plans on selling at current prices to realize perhaps a much-needed capital gain?

I know we can't predict his intentions, but I bet we can narrow in on them. Any ideas?
