ATHM and XCIT..... NC, looking at the stock price of these two companies isn't there an anomaly? The merger is supposed to take place at the rate of 1.04 ATHM share for each XCIT share. So ATHM's price should be 1.04 times XCIT's price. But XCIT is trading at 135 whilst ATHM is about 150. In effect, XCIT is underpriced by about 9 dollars. Am I missing something? (Of course I realize all bets are off if the merger doesn't take place).
