I wrote to the street.com also to complain about the piece. They completely mischaracterized WCAP, it is not even remotely close to CMGI, it invests in late stage private placements while CMGI is an early stage investor. Additionally, it failed to mention all of the insider selling of late, David Greenberg sold 120,000 plus shares on March 15th and another directors filed to sell all or most of his entire interest (other than stock options). Remeber, the Juno position does not reflect the large reverse split Juno will be doing (as set forth in its S-1, if you dig and see the private placement was done at $7.60 or so per share, which means WCAP's $2mm investment is for 250,000 or so shares and thus a 4.5 -1 reverse split)
