No, actually I refer to a few select Market Makers...

who appear time and again (I refer to them as glue guns)and constantly underbid the stock to keep it within a particular range when there are a lot of limit orders to scoop up at a lower price. (As I typed this we inched back toward 30 as I predicted because there was a huge pile of orders waiting to be filled.)

Believe me, I'm no conspiracy theorist. In fact I can't stand conspiracy theorists. I'm merely parroting what I have learned through research. I'm searching for a link that can explain this much better than I and will post it as soon as I locate it.
