I sold out UMG at 68 on a limit order this AM. Based on the 80 possibility, I am leaving some on the table for someone else. I'm satisfied with this one--nearly a 230% gain overall. Can't be too greedy, and who can predict what the outcome will be. Frequently, I hear things like earnings are down because they are 'digesting' the takeover. I also had a bad experience with Media One here in LA. I tried to answer a solicitation to get cable modem service, but they refused to deal with me, even though I am an existing cable customer, because I would not give them my social security number over the telephone. So much for 'service.' Perhaps the officers also believe this is a good time to bail out.
