Possibly, but on the whole there are very valid reasons for restricting information and physical access to a security clearance and need-to-know basis. If Monica was indeed granted a Top Secret clearance, then that was a travesty. Hopefully her need-to-know limited her access to nothing more prejudicial to national security than the Minuteman in Clinton's pants.

The truth is, not one person in ten in the Clinton White House, including Clinton himself, would be granted a security clearance if they were subjected to the same criteria as those who serve in our armed forces. I hope the National Security Agency is changing our P.A.L. codes (Permissive Action Link)for our weapons at least ten times a day.
