the only information I have is from the handful of recent press releases I browsed through from the internet ...the releases from the law firms make serious allegations ... but I have no information substantiating their claims ... maybe they are right or maybe they are wrong ... I posed the hypothetical really to find out if they are accountable if they are wrong ... if they have to pay a big price for being wrong ... then I would give more weight to their press releases ... as for buy, sell, or hold ... we are obviously waiting to hear on the extent of the problem, if any ...this could be pos., neg., or neut... I would like to know what effect did the need to raise $300 million for the LBO have on the need for the new audit? Are they erring on the side of caution or is there a serious problem? We should have some more information soon ...
