Anybody home??. .; the 10K has little news. Operations had some gains as discussed earlier re P/L; however, increasing sales team from 3 to 12 clearly not paying off so far. Balance Sheet shows cash at year end of $4.4 million, then says later that Ronning was paid a $200 k dividend in Feb., so figure $4.2 million cash. Problem here is accounts payable and other accrued expenses ballooned by $2.8 million. Not sure why, but clearly a call on the cash. Options shown at 4.5 million and outstanding shares at 11.6 million, so 16+ million is good figure for projecting merger/buyout proceeds. (The 2.1 million shares registered recently are just a part of the outstanding options which you may be certain will be totally exercised before any deal is completed.) Still showing $190k in mining assets, probably est. market value of properties now for sale. Be nice to clear up once and for all. Troublesome language is "potential proceeds from sale of investments" in discussing sources of cash for 1999. Obviously, they could exercise and sell more DRIV stock, but that would probably kill the price of the TSQD shares: dribbling away their major asset in support of what?? Expect language was included more as a matter of form than any real intent. Otherwise, not much. Anyone else pick out any morsels?? David
