Hi Steve,

Yes, it sounds like more bad news and we've sure had our share. Let's see now, we've had ERSI and S&S, NCR and SPAR, paper and Loblaws, NCR and Fleming and now Pricer and IBM. Makes one wonder, who's wagon's are circling who's wagons. Something has got to give, very soon. Everyone's order book must be pretty empty.

Pricer trades on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. You can find answers to most of your questions and a link to their stock quote on their home page. pricer.com They had their AGM yesterday. It resulted in a variety of new financing options.

Todate, Telepanel's advantage seems to be it's simplicity, both technically and financially. That is, their Esl theory is "simple simon" and they simply don't have enuff of the other item to even worry about. Hmmmm ... Maybe, that's the problem?

This has to be one of the few industries where each player takes turns dancing with the elephants and cordially flaunts their wares with maxed out credit cards.

ps Maybe the Pricer deal is IBM's way of telling Telxon that they are interested in their wares! After all, Symbol is now in the Telepanel camp and one could only suspect that IBM is starting to feel some heat from the nifty NCR and Symbol wireless solutions.

pss The only wannabe elephant without a partner in this game has to be the Q!. Now, there's a deal that would get my undivided, logistic attention.
