Hey the company's descision ... so many PR and IR firms scalp their clients. SOmetimes it is like shooting yourself in the foot.

SureTrade does a pretty good job (NOT) You are limited to as low as
1/32 = .03125 or intervals of 1/32. You also can not put a limit
order in for more than or less than 25% of the market value of the
stock, this is no good when you can't watch a stock & it moves 100%.
