Mike,
YES. I sent them a check 11 days ago and it's still not in my account.
Sent them an email and called them this morning. One more day and I stop payment and cancel my account. This is BS.
Their office is 200 miles from me, down in NJ. I send a check to their bank in Missouri because it's faster? Used to take 3-4 days at most.
I think datek is developing suicidal tendencies.

Regards
SDZ

YES. Takes about 8-10 days now, did take about 3 from Spokane WA...BUT

I have to say that executions, order entry, server availability, etc. have been very, very good of late. And the combination of the new streamer and new isld book applet are making this brokerage even more powerful.

To overgeneralize, Datek seems good at stuff it can automate, and not so good with paper. IMHO, they ought to finish up the incoming wire/account debit feature that they've been promising for many moons now, so that they don't have to process the paper (and we don't have to wait for the check to arrive.)

Even if the so-called "overnight deposit" took 3 days to appear in my account, about the same length as the previous regular mail deposit. Datek should take a harder look at these new deposit addresses. They are not working the way they are supposed to.
