I don't know mb...I think this guy must have the best horses gauging by the hs he puts out <g>

The Current Economic Expansion is Sustainable...As we approach the end of the 1Q, investor enthusiasm has pushed the Dow toward the 10,000 mark. It is my opinion that this enthusiasm is warranted...It is a foregone conclusion that the Dow will surpass 10,000 and begin its ascent toward 11,000 characterized by an environment of low interest rates, where the yield on the 30 year Treasury bond will remain in the area of 5 ½%, in my opinion. It is my belief that the Federal Reserve Board's next move on interest rates will be a cut and not an increase...In conclusion, I believe that we still have a very strong market ahead of us.... I ascertain that as we progress past the Y2K issue and roll into the new millenium, we will then evidence a renewed enthusiasm for the market, resulting in higher levels across the board.
