Anthony, If it's actually FNTN (Financial Intranet) you're talking about, yes, I think so. I've had this as a long for almost 2 years now. Have traded several times. Non-reporting, basically no revenues for 1998, some of the best streaming video I've seen. Targeting financial institutions. I have spoken to Michael Sheppard and found him to be a very personable, non-hype sort. Has ties with Siemens for hardware expertise. Have NOT followed through on a couple of announced targets. Rarely release news.. Big risk, big reward potential. That's it off the top of my head. Any other questions, I would be happy to answer. Mike

Anthony - FNTN (Financial Intranet) is a OTC BB stock that has filed a SB-2 and is in the quiet period right now. They are working on being a fully reporting company by year end. They just had their financial statements picked up by Bloomberg last week from the SB-2. Their partners are Siemens, MCI WorldCom and S&P's Comstock. They just singed the largest franchisee of Wendy's to a Intranet Agreement for Training. This company will help companies that can not dedicate internal resources to Intranet Development. The BellBoy family is long about 20,000 shares. I have visited their office, know the management, the industry and went to the annual meeting. My guess is eventual buy-out by a large wanting to expand into intranet and video streaming. Three of the most technically oriented people on SI are long FNTN. :) BB
