I guess you have watched the rise in ORB's share price. I wonder how far they had to twist Daryls arm to get him to agree to that 22-37 band, with no additional benefit to LEIX shareholders? In fact we as LEIX shareholders do much better if the deal goes out wtih ORB at it's $22 end of the band....unless we can get it over $37.
It sure gets a little more risky to hold as ORB gets higher. Do you see ORB taking a dip shortly after the deal goes through?(leix shareholders turning their ORB shares into cash)

You still holding here? This drop in ORBs price is in my opinion good for LEIX shareholders, if one believes in ORBs future, which I do. I'm planning on holding my ORB shares, so this way I'll get more shares.... if it drops below 20 it starts to look quite a bit less attractive!-g-
