Ever read the Stratfor analysis? A lot of people post it all over now. Have some interesting points of view. In the latest one, they think the Serbs might actually interpret bombing as a sign of weakness and a lack of resolve. Did a text search and found it here: techstocks.com I don't follow this thread and have no idea where they're coming from, just found the article there.
