Yeah, but since they gave me a dollar to take 3.0 for free, I figured what the heck. :-) (not really, I had to pay their S&H)

3.0 did everything I wanted (converted all cluster sizes to 4k from 32k, converted all my FAT16 to FAT32...)

Don't know what else 4.0 could do.

That's exactly what I was going to say. And I don't go for the mail-in rebates either. It takes about 8 months to get them, and that's if you get them at all. The key here though is the version he got. No wonder it's so cheap.
