What a director does personally, does on some occasions have a correlation to the company and it's current performance. ie. Insiders with BRE-X were selling quite a bit of their shares well in advance of all the hoopla. As well they were transferring title to all their assets. They knew the shit was going to hit the fan and were planning in advance to isolate and protect their undeserving wealth. (Note: When public companies go belly up their directors rarely suffer financially. It is always the shareholders.) So when a company whose fundamentals appear strong, struggles on the market for a long stretch of time, ($14 to $2.65) it is only common sense to take note of what management is up to and what is happening on the sidelines. YBM & LIVENT appeared to be strong each in their own way, but people weren't paying close enough attention to management and look happened to their holdings. While my last post may be a stretch when it comes to associating it with YF.A's current problems, it is accurate and non-slanderous information and as such can be looked at or totally discounted-readers choice. (Remember the Serruya brothers personal wealth has taken a severe hit over the last 6 months.) Information is a valuable commodity and its true value can only be assessed after reviewing it. Quite a bit of information proves to be valuable when it is combined with other bits of information, and in a large amount of instances is only recognized as valuable in hindsight. This company has been analyzed to death. Everybody, or most everybody agrees that the fundamentals are strong and the technicals are weak. But why? There has to be some underlying problems or suspicions that are causing the current share price. Are these accurate or unjust? Only way to know is to keep seeking and producing information and then assess its value and merit. If you're not happy with my post, that your right, but don't talk to me about technical analysis, but rather why don't you produce some interesting information for our readers that we haven't already heard or seen 20 times. Thankyou.
