ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGIES & PROGRAMS, INC.'S NITELIFE ENTERTAINMENT

Announces Government Contracts

HOUSTON, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Technologies &
Programs, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ETPI), a fully integrated
entertainment and amusement gaming company, today announced that its
NiteLife division has signed two new contracts worth $73,500 for
military club management at the Enlisted Club and the Officer's Club at
Davis Monthan AFB near Tucson, AZ.

In addition, NiteLife has extended their existing contract with Royal
Air Force Base in Mildenhall, England through February, 2000 worth an
additional $52,500.

Doug Butcher, Chairman and CEO of ETP stated, "Our NiteLife division
continues to be a success story with new contracts and contract
renewals. We are currently in negotiations on several additional
contracts that we hope to finalize in the coming months."

That Merrill Lynch rumor is ridiculous, and we all know it. ML doesn't spend resources doing research on OTC-BB penny stocks. Yahoo boards are full of crap like that.
