At the risk of being branded a hypster, it looks like a buying opportunity to me, if you're not fully invested.

Hi Herb, maybe, buying has dried up in reaction to the prospectus? Then too, we're approaching the money deadline(end of Mar.). Either way, the volume and trade size are small.
