Lets remember that NO-ONE knows about EXGP. There's never any volume in the stock, even right after the company posts press releases. This low volume, which is responsible for the low stock price, is what makes the company so attractive as an acquisition target.

i don't think to many people know about this company! i do beleive there will be more news soon. the deal between time0 and exgp is a significant step in the right direction. just my opinion.
