While there may not be "hundreds" daily, there are many many many. Most of them are personal or small business pages not worth listing. Amazon doesn't send releases every time someone joins their program. But it doesn't take a genius to see that most large sites out there use Amazon as their bookseller affiliate.
It's of no consequence anyway.
