CTXS isn't acting healthy. Uncertainty makes me nervous too. I lightened up some last week and some more early this AM. I still think the company has a good future, but I've been blindsided in the past too often- seeing a stock decline with minimal news often means somebody knows something the general public doesn't know. The market generally doesn't like big acquisitions, since the bigger they are, the harder to digest. I can't think why anybody would want this much cash unless they are getting ready to expand or buy another company. What would they want to buy? Is it completely ridiculous to think they might be in a deal with MSFT?

Saw nothing on EDGAR to raise concern unless there was something in the 10K

Could be a technical sell signal on dropping through support.

However, most likely concerns following CVATP sell off on FRiday- other software stocks weak today.

Maybe a pre warning rumor. Believe we are through the pre warning period. Earnings due 4/20. We are within 30 days and quarter is pretty much in hand.

Would MSFT have bought the private placement. This would be chump change for MSFT.
Guess I won't try to catch another falling knife as I did on this today at 76.
