We had a nice push to the upside within the last half hour, but those DAMN sell programs kicked our shins and derailed it about as quickly as it started.

Momentum players trying to keep things cheap early in the week.

Well, Microsoft will be $300 sometimes this year, and probablly $400(pre split), as to when, why worry ? You know it will be there sooner or later, just wait patiently.
Microsoft's forward PE is about 56 !! For your reference.

after the DOW gets past 10,000 shortly.
Not so sure about MSFT court case.
