Billserve could actually do some of the integration work for PNC in implimenting CheckFree E-Bill, although it depends on PNC. BLLS and PNC could be considered competitors, it would be a good question for BLLS CEO. I know the Banks are very interested in protecting their lockbox service, but in order to do that they will need to offer E-Bill to their billers. Billserve would probably like to work without the banks, a control issue for sure. As always, CheckFree is in the Center. Benny(IMHO)
