Holding FORE overnite; had it for weeks, why not a little longer. TEmpted to trade PAIR for RMBS but couldn't do it, instead grabbed a little RMBS (got to pay the mrtg) with some CSCO.

Don't remember the volume for XYLN, but the price action was up about $4-5 on the Friday prior...then mild weakness the day of the announcement. I sold on the weakness a few hours before the deal was announced:-(

I can't remember exactly, but in XYLN's case, it seems as though the week before the buyout there was an unusual amount traded on 1 day then the next 2 or 3 days it was about half the volume of the big day.
XYLN made their announcemnet in the early morning.Maybe because it was ALA buying them, they announced before london opened?Rich
