OTEX is crumbling nicely. This should see the low twenties soon.

Regards.

didier LOUIS-MARIE: "I advice all traders to sell OTEX before MINE pricing if possible."

Congratulations on your OTEX trade and please let me know if you need any "encouragement" on your other trades. It would have been more in the spirit of SI if you had advised your fellow thread members as to your strategy more than 6 minutes before the close of trading on the day that the deal was to be priced. I have successfully played a number of backdoor IPOs and I looked closely at this deal a month ago. I passed on it for the obvious reasons.

I posted my analysis because I feel that it is important that investors, both current and potential, have all of the pertinent facts. If I am not mistaken, the intent of SI is that we all share the information that we have, hopefully without a hidden agenda. I feel that it was disingenuous on your part to simply state "At this level OTEX is still attractive. Don't forget that Miningco.com is scheduled for next week." and "It is time to buy more OTEX." without adding your opinion that the position should be closed out before the close of trading on Tuesday. Your 3:54 p.m. post clarified your agenda.

Incidentally, your English is fine, much better than my French. Regards, monsieur.
