That's kinda my take on EBID too, Kinda like the rubber band is being pulled back slowly... slowly... slow - then KABANG - off she goes!!! May be that some MM is accumulating or selling a large number of shares for somebody, and they will keep doing it at this price until they can make the big trade - then she moves - up would be my guess. We know there will be PRs and some major announcements after financing is completed ~April 8, the question is whether it will get enough attention before that to get a run going before all the news comes out.
