Some of you are either crazy or idiots..you know who you are. get it straight..you cannot influence a move on this or any message boards. Oil is going higher and the Saudis are determined to get their share .

We are in the right cycle for oil to move up.

Big dog, things could really be interesting if this crisis goes into play. At this moment, I am wondering what would be on Saddam's mind. The US could face a very tough dilemma to fight the two fronts, let alone those are both Russia's forbidden meatpies. I guess Saddam would watch if US is going to make the first move. When it sees it's turning into a quagmire, it will certainly attempt to catch some fish while the water is muddy, the Western coalition being no more. The most horrible scenario would be that Russia would be forced to intervene. Then, Kosovo, Cypress and Turkey, Iran, Iraq vs the Saudis and Kuwait, Israel and its neiboring adversaries, the mainland Chinese could utilize this opportunity to take over Taiwan, terrorists going rampant, etc, etc. Geesh, all the time-bombs ticking to explode contingent upon this Kosovo trigger. There is a reason why the US and EU hesitated because the stratigic implication and consequences are so grave it could literally start WW III. It just hangs on the last hinge that kept the relative peace achieved since 1945. There is an old Chinese saying, "The wheel of fortune turns every other sixty years." God forbid it become true in this perspective, but history will run its course. Time will tell.

"The Kosovo and Gulf operations, Mr. Anderson said, ''undermine our stated ability to prosecute midlevel regional conflicts.''

''We would be hard pressed today to mount an operation on the size of Desert Storm - that would be very difficult - yet we're claiming we can do two nearly simultaneous wars. That's bluffing.''"
