Radar:

That was an excellent answer....crystal clear. In effect, on PQT all of us are playing around with only 4 million shares that are available to the public.

I seem to recall somebody mentioned a while back (I forget where) that they discovered that their agreement (standard language) with their brokerage firm allowed the broker to borrow shares from their account for the shorts. If all longs were to modify their brokerage agreement and indicate that the brokers could NOT borrow the PQT shares......then the supply would tighten up even more. This is theoretical but I'm sure not practical! Right??

Again, thanks for your reply.

Sonic and Radar My complements to you Radar on your explanation of the float. As long as I have been around I don't believe I fully understood the float until a short time ago. To you Sonic a very sensible and reasonable question.
