PE, no offense, I do have specfic disciplines and I am not going to waste my time on a stock that is in default and has 100M outstanding and no profit plus states if they are not sure if they will even make a profit. That 8K is a legal record and I will believe it over a voice touting the company. If they have something of interest they should have put it in the filing a month ago. I will not invest in a stock that has this kind of questionable future and filings. 6000 others to chose from ... however, I USTI looks extremely good right now... :-) GB
