Steve, don't know how long you have, but you can search CNBC's website and order transcripts for relevant shows. Also, try the Amer. Assoc. of Indiv. Investors, they may have something of use. www.AAII.com

Steve, There's a trade journal by the name of WST (Wall Street and Technology...I think they have a website as well at wstonline.com ) that may be of help to you. I'm sure your office gets this magazine. In the past, they have had some very insightful articles about ECNs, trading systems (hardware), backoffice management, etc. Perhaps this may be of help to you. For once, members of SI can atleast return the favor...you've helped so many w/ their questions and I'm sure it doesn't need to be said how appreciative we are to you for sharing your insight.
