LOS ANGELES, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kushner-Locke Co.'s (Nasdaq: KLOC - news) majority owned subsidiary 1-800-U.S.SEARCH (SEARCH), and Lycos (Nasdaq: LCOS - news), the second most visited hub on the Internet and the world's largest online community, today announced an advertising and promotion agreement estimated at $5 million to provide users of the Lycos Network with the ability to conduct searches through the 18 00USSEARCH.com Public Records Portal.
Under the terms of the two-year agreement SEARCH will be the exclusive public records re-seller on the Lycos Network. Lycos users will access SEARCH through banners, buttons, text links and keyword searches.
