FYI*** Stockwinners Alert Today

"WavePhore, Inc. (WAVO) is a developer and provider of proprietary products and services for low-cost, high-speed, data broadcasting systems for distributing electronic information via existing television, radio and satellite broadcast infrastructures and the Internet. We are hearing two different rumors about this firm. The first is that they are on the verge of signing a lucrative deal. The second is that they are on the verge of being acquired. We don't find either possibility difficult to believe. Given the rapid development of new technologies and equally rapid pace of alliances in in the field, it makes sense that a firm which can facilitate telecomm/Web connectivity will be in demand. Apparently, investors are confident. Shares are under accumulation by institutions and by company insiders. Since the early October market low, the stock is up 159%. It is currently going for $8 11/32, up 5/8 on the day. Options have been extremely active. Calls are being acquired. Open call interest overwhelms open put interest. Over the past 52 weeks, shares of WAVO have traded in the range $3 1/4 to $19 1/8."
