Lucky, I'm not aware of any GE relationship. However, they do have a "relationship" with NBC. This relationship with NBC consists of ITVU paying NBC $2M in non-refundable payments for "production, operating, and ADVERTISING costs associated with certain NBC websites. In addition, IDTC issue to NBC 1,280,000 shares of Series G Preferred (read convertable) shares "in consideration for the strategic alliance with NBC multimedia" This of course, amounts to paid advertising, much like what we have seen recently with BFLY, CYSP, etc.
