Lucky, I'm not aware of any GE relationship. However, they do have a "relationship" with NBC. This relationship with NBC consists of ITVU paying NBC $2M in non-refundable payments for "production, operating, and ADVERTISING costs associated with certain NBC websites.

In addition, IDTC issue to NBC 1,280,000 shares of Series G Preferred (read convertable) shares "in consideration for the strategic alliance with NBC multimedia"

This of course, amounts to paid advertising, much like what we have seen recently with BFLY, CYSP, etc.

NBC actually has the small stake in ITVU (I know I know GE owns NBC but if and when GE spins off NBC this would go as well, realize that NBC has lots of little stakes here and there in lots of small internet co.'s, it's their ONLY way of investing in internet companies w/o laying out ANY cash/GE stock), I was told that NBC accounts for ALMOST ALL of ITVU's revenue. I will need to confirm this later on.

cheers
