Dear Radim, How is it that the form 144s are tracked then? Although they are not listed on EDGAR a number of "services" have had them listed for some time. Michael's response is interesting in that he doesn't say that there are no Form 4s to be filed, rather he says they can't only because they are not fully reporting. Thanks for getting his reply on the Form 4 issue. Did you discuss the 48% question and if those shares need to be set aside? Your efforts are appreciated Radim, a reply while it may be vague or whatever is a reply nonetheless. AMB,, Barbara
