'kensey' has recommended VRSN (Long)

Pullback to the 13-day EMA. Its Worked Before, may work again.

Volume during the pullback has been light. Picked this up two weeks ago the last
time VRSN hit the trough of the 13-day EMA at about the 100 dollar mark and rode
it up to 120 before taking profits. Of course, I did get luck in that a big news
announcement about FCC approval of the sale of their encryption stuff overseas
(or something like that).

Stochastic lines are diving to the oversold marker. Similar to early March,
similar to mid Feb, similar to early January. Might be a day or two early.
Verisign has been kind enough to curl in a very gradual way in the past.

Of course, this could be the time when the Verisign rally ship hits sand. That
will become evident if shares hit 116. Thats the exit point. Target is somewhere
around 130. Shares trading here at 119. So risk 3 in order to try and get
11 or so points.

BTW: The MACD Histogramic lines hitting the ceiling predicts higher prices ahead.
Another clue as when prices might resume the climb is when and if the bars on the
MACD Histogram start to tick up. Based on the periodicity of 'last time' this
looks to be about 3 days off.

Something small here to get the stock on the radar and then another lot if prices
and volume start to accelerate on the upside.
