Dear Watcher, The subsequint inquiries are a natural progression of this issue in terms of discussion and discovery ( a new def of DD perhaps,lolo). hmm I like that,,, anywayyyy. The only thing on EDGAR to date is the SB-2, which begs the question that I just raised with Radim "Where are the form 144s being filed?" As I recall, when the issue of those came up some time ago, responses from MS began with "we don't have to file them we aren't reporting" and ended up with something along the lines of "someone else screwed up and didn't file them properly". Will be "interesting" for lack of a better word, to see how this latest round pans out, so far it's back to square one. I am curious about why a form 10 was not filed as MS went through the motions of holding up a pile of papers and saying here it is!!!! We are very close to filing this ( that was when BBoy and I went to visit )what was that 7 months ago, something like that and as I recall Wally was told the same thing on his visit. I agree with you the facts do come out in time that is why it continues to perplex me why it is not disclosed in a timely fashion.,, AMB,, Barbara
